RSA training (SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol) is mandatory for everyone in NSW involved in the sale and supply of liquor to the public.
RCG training (SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services) is mandatory for everyone in NSW involved with Gambling.
Your competency card is valid for five years.
You can do the RSA and RCG training at any age. However, you may NOT serve alcohol or use your RSA / RCG until you are at least 18 years of age.
Before booking your course, you should be aware of your rights and responsibilities as a student. Please read our Student Information Handbook.
Please let us know about any special needs you may have for you to successfully complete your chosen course. You may wish to attempt this Language Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessment form to find out if you need special support. We may request you to complete this LLN test before course commencement.
RSA training aims to minimise harm associated with the misuse and abuse of liquor.
The Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) course helps to promote safety (harm minimisation) in venues where there are gaming machines, including how to recognise gambling problems and addiction.
